Finish an Era with a village with at least 50 of each Resource

There are many ways to earn this Development but the one rule is that you need to mix your Giants powers in order to give a village a good spread. This means placing some Forest Giant Plants for Food, adding some Rock Giant minerals for Wealth and trickling in some Swamp Giant Plants for Tech. It also means upgrading for diversity, rather than full on food.

Wit this in mind, set up a Forest Village but push it close to the water. This means creating a forest that is only six tiles wide and using the Forest Giant to drop a plant one Tile in from the non-Ocean edge. Continue to build as normal, filling the Ocean with Mackerel from the Ocean Giant and Clownfish from the Swamp, focusing the Forest Giant on Plant duties (Strawberry and Blueberry combo).

Once you finish the first project grab the ambassador with the Rock Giant. Proceed to upgrade a number of the Mackerel into Parrotfish. The Parrotfish will generate extra wealth for every different type o ffish in their Animal Range, so make sure it’s flanked by a Mackerel and a Clownfish.

Create a diverse Ocean and before long the water will be producing a huge amount of Wealth, Tech and Food. All that’s left is to wait for the Village to expand into it and before long you’ll have succeeded in this Development.
