As soon as you begin chapter 3, once again after the cutscene has ended, photo #2 is on your right facing out over the view.

Continue the linear path while driving until you come to the flock of flamingos grazing in the water. Before you go over the rocks, hop out of the car to stand close to the edge.
Take photo #3 of the flamingos and then continue onward.

The last photo is towards the end of the chapter once you reach the large open area patrolled by rebels. Take out the rebels, then return to the middle rock platform in the water that you may have passed on your way in.
Go around the front of the rock and face the large gate at the back of the area up the hill. Walk along until the prompt appears, then snap photo #4 of the gate.
