When you find a lost item, take it to the police station for the best response ever.
Villagers will suggest this Public Work at random and you’ll then have a choice between building the Classic and Modern Police Station.
The Modern Police Station is run by Copper and the Classic Police Station is run by Booker. Choose wisely as the police station cannot be removed.
The Police Station has a lost and found where you can claim items from the lost and found for free. You can also recover items that have disappeared from the town plaza after an event stand or building (such as Katrina’s tent) appeared there.
Cooper and Booker will also tell you about special events in your town. They can tell you about campers as well as special visitors. Cooper and Booker can tell you if the following special characters are in your town:
- Gracie
- Gulliver
- Joan
- Katrina
- Leif
- Pete
- Phineas
- Saharah
