The Blackburn Bellows Child Liberation activity can be found in the central northern part Southwark borough, just east of the Blackfriar’s Bridge leading to the City of London. This particular activity encompasses a pair of buildings and between them there are three groups of children to liberate, a foreman to kill and a pair of alarm bells which we’ll need to avoid activating to complete the optional objective.

As there are multiple alarm bells in this area, I’ve provided a stealthier approach as it is actually faster and easier to avoid the bells (and enemies where possible) in this activity.

The lower set, western building has a single group of children inside and is easy to complete. Head to the far, west side of the building to find an open door. Just inside you’ll see the children guarded by a single Blighter. Whistle the Blighter to the doorway and perform a corner assassination. Move in and rescue the children [Children 1/3] .

The first group of children is in the western building (left). The foreman can be assassinated from one of the sniper platforms on the main building (right).

Use the Rope Launcher to reach the top of the western building and make your way to the side of the roof closest to the main building in the restricted area. Use a throwing knife to deal with the Sniper on the balcony there.

Make your way to the Sniper’s platform and hide behind the wall by the opening. The foreman will patrol by this opening during his regular patrol route, so when he does whistle him over and assassinate him. Once he is dead, enter and free the children [Children 2/3] just inside the entrance here.

Exit the building and move to ground level. There is one last group of children [Children 3/3] on the ground floor in the southeastern corner. Sneak in from either the southern door or the eastern door and work your way over to the children being sure to take down any Blighters that get in your way quietly.

Once you have killed the foreman and freed all of the children, the memory will be complete.
