Once you speak to Vidocq in the Palais de Justice district the chain of side quests to investigate the mysterious murders of citizens will become available. Each mission consists of using Eagle Vision to identify clues, talk to witnesses, and eventually uncover the murderer and accuse them. Each time you incorrect accuse a person of the murder your reward will decrease, while if you correctly identify the murderer on the first try you’ll receive a bonus.
Since identifying the clues is straightforward, I will merely mention what the clues for each area of the investigation is and the solution to each murder.
