The Heart of Eisenberg
Despite there being a war going on, the people of Hartschild sure know how to party. Anyway, head north-west across the entrance bridge to reach the fountain and the heart of the city. From here, look around the corner to the south, next to the bridge for a Hi-Potion .
Next, go west towards the inn and the Adventurer. Don’t bother resting and instead head down the stairway on the left. Carefully inspect the magma at the bottom for a fiery Bomb Arm . After that, feel free to check out the shops alongside the north part of the city.
Of note, grab the Shining and Shadow spells for your Wizard, Innocence for your Bishop and the two Astrologian spells. Item-wise, you may want to invest in a couple of Locket accessories to negate Charm and some Flame Robes to resist fire attacks.
Now what were we doing again? Oh yes, Goodman is in mortal danger! Quick, to the Goodman Residence, which is the massive building north from the fountain. Inside, speak to Goodman’s wife near the entrance to let her know the bad news.
With Commander Goodman taken care of, it’s time to enjoy the festival outside! Before leaving the residence, check the corner to the left of the stairs for a slice of Rare Cheese . Then go up the stairs and head all the east to find some Balsam stuck to the door.
Outside, speak to the tall man to the left of the Goodman residence to trigger a cutscene. Hmm, this Angelo fellow is mighty suspicious… Anyway, with all the cakes gone from the shelves, head for the stall on the east side of the fountain and speak to the owner.
To finish the tour, hurry towards the south of the city and speak with the stall owner opposite the fountain. Oops, that wasn’t a good way to end this day… Afterwards, you’ll all spend the night at the Goodman Residence.
Crossing Eisen Bridge
The next day, something isn’t quite right. Exit the Goodman Residence to find Hartschild has become a ghost town. With no clues to be found in the city, head for the exit to the south-east. Just before leaving, our heroes stumble upon an unexpected guest–Yoko’s brother, Danzaburo.
Having found her brother at last, Yoko can now return to Yunohana. Or she could if not for Aimee blocking the way at Eisen Bridge. However Danzaburo has ideas of his own and asks to visit Eisen Bridge together. So without further ado, head due east back to the battleground.
Note : A new sidequest, White Mage vs Merchant will appear. You should know the drill by now: Unless you’re confident enough and want to blast through the main story, we recommend accepting the sidequest first. Why would you say "no" to more experience and another job?
