Tips

You’re now one of the few Master Blacksmiths in Reveria and this is where things get more exciting–both the items you craft and the lengths you must go for the materials…

Marine Ore is sold by the merchant in the north-east corner of Tortuga Archipelago, Magma Ore from the mole inside the Royal Cabin Well atop Mt. Snowpeak, Magic Ore from the Drysand Desert oasis campsite and Celestial Ore from the Plushling Camp with the Shopping on the Go bonus.

Alternatively, you can now buy the first three pre-made as Ingots from the plushling that works in the Lava Cave’s Secret Smithy.

Some materials can still be bought from Al Maajik. For instance, jewels such as Amethyst and Ruby can be purchased from the ores stall in Al Maajik (some require the Desert Shopping+ bonus).

The Demonic Void is the best Greatsword you can forge without DLC.

The elemental shards require a Miner’s aid (or a lot of luck). For the Fire Shard , you want the Fire Wingstone towards the north-east of Drysand Desert or, if you prefer to gamble, the Sand Runners nearby.

The Water Shard for the Arcana Blade can be mined from the Water Wingstone in the deepest part of Nautilus Cave in Tortuga Archipelago or obtained as a rare drop from the nearby Pickaxed Golem.

Lastly, the Wind Shard for the Crystal Sword is gotten from the Wind Wingstone in Mt. Snowpeak’s Waterfall Cave or as a rare drop from the Iron Golem further in.

When making the Paladin’s Sword, you can get the Dragon Shard from the Dragon Scab in Mt. Snowpeak’s Lava Cave or the Lava Golem just before it. Dragon Scales can be obtained from the scab too or the Napdragon in the East Grassy Plains.

For the Demonic Void, you can get a Evil Shard from the Dark Heart in the Ancient Ruins or very rarely from the Lord of the Dead who wanders Drysand Desert at night. Giant Fangs are slightly easier, dropped by any of the Wraith bosses.

To make the Rockcrusher Hammer, you need a Sturdy Fang from a Snow Leopard on Mt. Snowpeak’s Summit (there are two; one roaming the peak beyond the Silverfang) and a Timeworn Shell from the Crocturtle in the Nautilus Cave.

Starry Thread can be looted for the single Starry Catterpillo that spawns near the top of Cacto Cove at night or purchased from the salesplush there, along with Pink Silk and Angelic Cotton.

Star Clusters drop from Starry Catterpillos too, as well as the Dinky Dragons in West Levitania and the Dragon Hatchlings in the Ancient Ruins. After beating the game and reaching Level 45, you can buy them from the Starlight Garden too.

Vivid Coral and Ancient Shells cannot be purchased at all, but they can be commonly obtained from the Turtanics around Tortuga Archipelago.

Where wood’s concerned, Mangrove Beams can be bought from Port Puerto’s wood and leather stall, while Starry Beams require a Carpenter to craft, from the Starry Trees around Cacto Cove.
