Tips

God-in-Training Cooks have it easy; the requirement to graduate to godhood is to cook 10 simple dishes using ingredients gathered from around Origin Island. That said, it’s not immediately clear where to find each ingredient, but luckily we’ve got you covered.

The Wild Beast Meat for the Fluffy Roast is sold by the shopkeeper in the hot spring area of Origin Island’s Forest Shrine. As for the Marshmallow Nuts , they may appear after shaking the tall nut trees in the Central Grasslands or the Hot Spring Jellings in the Forest Shrine.

In case you forgot, you can buy Rainbow Trouts for the Rainbow Paella from the Leafes’ shop in Elderwood Village. Hot Spring Breams are sold by the hot spring shopkeeper; alternatively, you can fish in the waters near the centre of the Forest Shrine.

You call this a challenge?

Similarly, you can buy Hot Spring Eggs and Boiled Bamboo Shoots for the Hot Spring Egg from the same shopkeeper. The Penguin Eggs , meanwhile, can be foraged from the penguin nests dotted around Origin Island’s Penguin Beach.

When it’s time for a divine dessert, you can gather Gigaga Water from various sparkling spots in the Central Grasslands and Penguin Beach, such as the southern shoreline of Penguin Beach. As for Heavenly Peaches , these can be bought from the Plushling Camp.

Finally, to cook a Glorious Dinner, you’ll need to slay a Sagely Carrotella in the Central Grasslands to obtain their Heavenly Asparagus . Meanwhile, the Cherry Nectar can occasionally be obtained from the pink Cherrybell flowers in the Central Grasslands or Forest Shrine.

To jog your memory, the Wild Kiwi is sold by the plushling at the top of Cacto Cove. You may also notice there are more recipes than this–you don’t have to make them for any challenges, although they will count towards the final challenge.

The actual cooking itself shouldn’t be too hard, especially since you were forced to reach Level 15 in each area of cuisine. However if the pace is feeling slow, that’s probably a sign you need to improve your stats or craft a new frying pan.
