As you ascend, stop along the way and pick up the Simurgh (weapon for Hope which greatly increases Strength but reduces Magic). In the first room at the top of the stairs, two Managarmrs prowl back and forth. In the next room are a couple of Pulsework Gladiators and another Menhirrim. Speak to it and it will activate the elevator to reach the fourth floor.

2x Metal Armband (left) location and after, call the elevator and take it to 4th floor (right).

Run out of the room, and open the Sphere to collect 2x Metal Armbands . All that’s left to do is head up the ramp and activate the elevator to the next floor.
