Travel to northern Azamo / Search for Violet Flowers

Head south of Rustling Bend and speak with the Musician at the camp to begin the Tale, then go east of Kii’s Pond until you reach a cliff with Violet Flowers. Climb up and follow the path around, then interact with container to find a Painting.

(1 of 4) Head East of Kii’s Pond to find a Cliff with Violet Flowers

Drop down off the cliff and head North to Houren’s Pasture to find some more Violet Flowers along with a cave entrance. Proceed inside and follow the path until you reach the cemetery, then examine the gravestone at the back to initiate a duel against Kaede.

Duel at Tadayori’s Rest

In order to beat this opponent you’ll want to be in the Stone Stance and wait for her to strike before pressing [L1] to counter. Take a couple swings and then get back and wait until you counter again.

Repeat this cycle until she has been dealt with, but beware she may use an Unblockable Attack which will involve you pressing [Circle] instead. Once you’ve gotten her health down to a quarter a cutscene will playout.

Travel to Azamo Bay

After the scene, jump on your Horse and travel down Azamo Bay. Upon arrival, take down the Mongol’s and rescue the Musician to begin another scene.

Take out the Mongol’s surrounding the Musician (left), then move the Statue to claim the Armour. (right)

Finally, move the statue and collect the Armour, then take out a few more Mongol’s to complete the Tale.
