|El Gordo Lighthouse, Blaine County|
This is a fairly long course and even a good time can take about 2 minutes to complete. You will be heading around the El Gordo Lighthouse and making some tight turns.
At the start, gun the throttle to full. Go up the inside and as soon as you reach the first checkpoint, make a tight turn to cut the corner off. Doing this should have you in front of the competition. Also make use of any waves by hitting them straight on to generate some good air before the turn.
As before, keep your eyes ahead to see the next checkpoint. To make a good time, tighten any turns you need to make by turning late and as tight as possible. This is trickier but will allow you to gain miles on your competition.
You should not need to cut inside too much though and the rest of the course is fairly smooth. You will have to make a large turn as you come back up toward the lighthouse to the finish. Turn lightly through here, slowing your speed a little. Once through, keep the throttle down to speed to the finish.
