In Poltae, you will see a sick man collapsed on the floor named Taleb. To save him, only Cardesia in Jagd Village has any knowledge of what may help. Return to Jagd Village and select “ Hear Her Story ” when prompted. She will explain that you have 45 minutes to reach Taleb with the cure. Naturally, if you use teleport or Chronostasis, the time factor is not an issue. Speak to Taleb to complete the quest.
