I need to purchase the Breath of Fresh Air, a medicine, and deliver it to the requester. It’s apparently sold at St. Fermis Church on Sunlumeo Street in Grand Trad.

We purchased the Breath of Fresh Air, now to give it to the mustari man in Sunshade Row, Grand Trad.

We delivered the Breath of Fresh Air to the mustari man, whose daughter needed it. He thanked me and gave me a reward.

I wasn’t able to buy a Breath of Fresh Air for the mustari man in time. It’s possible he risked his life to obtain it…
