Guide

The left screen is what shows when you’re standing on an item.

Let’s get this straight: this route is pretty dang long, so make sure you’re sitting comfortably. If you’ve been following our guide, you can enter Route 13 by heading north from Undella Town. Start by running up through the sand, then head left up the stairs to the grassy path.

Past the signpost, there’s a Socialite who’s staring for a battle. You can either accept her challenge or just sidestep through the grass.

Not far from her is a Gentleman of high-standing (and high Level Pokemon).

Then past him are… some kids!?

Psychic’s a blast. Remember the old days, ripping through opponents with Mewtwo?

Before long you’ll find stairs leading back down to the sand. Heading south-west, up the large flight of stairs will lead you to a boulder, which you can shove aside with Strength, and TM29 Psychic beyond. Following the sand north meanwhile will take you to the beach.

The first person you’ll encounter here is a Fisherman, who’s totally up for a battle.

After you’ve sacked him, head a little north to find a Parasol Girl standing below some sunbeds. Curiously she doesn’t want a fight, so let’s use her as a reference point. From here, you can choose to take a variety of routes.

The most uneventful one is following the beach line south-east, while on land. At the very end, you can battle a Black Belt and hop over the ledge south to return to the southern gatehouse. Handy if you need healing.

The next route is to Surf into the water opposite the Parasol Lady and head towards the large island to her east. Navigate to the east side of the island, then Surf back into the water to find another Fisherman hungry for a battle.
