Isle Evelup is where you can leave your Pokemon to play on the playgrounds you can built up. Up to 18 Pokemon can be playing at the same time, making it an easy way to train a lot of Pokemon if you’re willing to wait. You can gain experience points to level up, and you can also gain Effort Values (EVs) to any of the six stats.

Drinks Menu

When you select the Pokemon that will play, you will also be prompted to pick a drink for the Pokemon to have while playing, and how many drinks you will give them (which determines the length of the play session). How many drinks also determines how many EVs get put into the stat.

Drink Effect
Level Boost Drink One drink will give 300 exp.
HP Boost Drink Gives +4 HP EV points
Attack Boost Drink Gives +4 Attack EV points
Defense Boost Drink Gives +4 Defense EV points
Sp. Attack Boost Drink Gives +4 Special Attack EV points
Sp. Defense Boost Drink Gives +4 Special Defense EV points
Speed Boost Drink Gives +4 Speed EV points

As you can tell, it takes a while to level up Pokemon or EV train them. Assuming max Isle Evelup development and you are trying to max out a stat through EV training, you will need 63 training sessions. Each drink lasts half an hour so that’ll run you 31.5 hours of Pokemon playing, or about 17 hours if you use Poke Beans.

It requires a lot of Poke Beans and is definitely less efficient than battling Pokemon yourself to level up and EV train. But, if you are regularly busy (work or school, for example), letting your Pokemon play during the days you know you can’t access the game will let you make progress without having to worry.
