After the fight with Zinyak, you’ll wake up in a normal house and shake it off as a dream. Strut yourself out of the bedroom and down the stairs, where you’ll be greeted by your wife, Shaundi, who is making you breakfast. While she’s talking to you, press the button to eat your pancakes, then go to the front door when she asks you to grab the newspaper.
Once outside, head to the end of the walkway and mash the button to pick up the paper, when you’ll see a cop roll up in a regular car. Listen to him and get in it, then just drive until you get to your destination, noting you can’t steer the vehicle. Walk onto the sidewalk, which you stub your toe on, so pick up the health pickup on the ground nearby before taking a picture with the photographer. Go inside the diner for a cutscene…
After the crap hits the fan, you’ll need to cause some mayhem to help Kinzie get you out of the simulation.
…And it seems that something seems off about the place you’re in, so you dash and dive into the vehicle to get away. Drive around for now until Kinzie manages to get a hold of you and says everything around you isn’t real. After a short conversation, she says to go to the park, where your vehicle will disappear and you’ll be catapulted onto the ground.
In order to escape the place you’re in, Kinzie says to do what you do best, which is to cause mayhem, so start with shooting the cops that come for you. There will be three rounds of them, which just consist of a cop car that has three cops. After that, Kinzie says she has a present for you inside of the park, so head to the fountain to see a cat statue rise, which is holding a rocket launcher.
Your goal is to cause as much mayhem as possible, with the counter in the upper left corner of the screen, so shoot anything and everything. Once it’s been completed, the Sheriff from earlier appears and you’ll have to defeat him. He has a lot more health than normal enemies and will be jumping around a lot, but you have a rocket launcher. When he’s done, the mission will end.
