Resist Poison Your Redguard blood gives you 50% resistance to poison.

In terms of lore, the Redguards are renowned as some of the greatest warriors, and as their home province of Hammerfell neighbors that of Skyrim, they’re bound to be interested in the outcome of the civil war there. They’re a hardy folk who know how to handle themselves in combat situations.

Lore aside, however, how do their abilities stack up? Well, Resist Poison isn’t terribly impressive, mostly because you’ll rarely ever have to deal with poison - Frostbite Spiders and Charus are among the few foes that will poison you. As for Adrenaline Rush, boosting your Stamina regeneration for sixty seconds isn’t bad, especially when you want to spam a lot of heavy attacks. However, for a warrior build, the Orc’s Berserker Rage is arguably better when it comes to inflicting a lot of damage in a short amount of time.
