World 6-Castle: Bowsers Bob-omb Brigade

Start off by ignoring the Blocksteppers and hopping upon the first tank. Claim the Super Leaf from the ? Block while defeating the Fire Bro. Get used to collecting the bombs and tossing them at the large concrete blocks, such as the one that appears on this tank. If you’re slick, you can rush it to the next tank in time to detonate everything. On the third tank hit the ? Blocks to release some Bombs, then toss them on the large blocks to create a way up to Green Star #1 .

Fight through to the next tank with a Fire Bro who launches fireballs over the ledge. Defeat him and hit the Red Ring for another Super Leaf if you get all the coins. A single Bob-omb appears at the end of this tank, hit it and pick it up at the last second so you can rush right and throw it at the Rock Block on the smaller tank ahead – doing this reveals Green Star #2 . There is a another Fire Bro on the opposite end but you can avoid him. Continue to the next larger tank with more enemies, then use the bomb to extend the Mega ? towards the end out to Green Star #3 .

Like the previous tank, wait for the Bob-omb and hit it so it sits still. Wait until the absolute last moment and pick it up, racing towards the next tank and up the steps. Toss the bomb into the back wall to reveal the Stamp then enter the pipe for a boss battle.

Boss: Bringing Back Boom Boom

Boom Boom returns from his early defeat back in World 1 but he’s learned a few new tricks. He whirls around a bit faster and has additional turtle shells bounce around the room with him and when he’s spinning. It’s simple enough to ignore these shells and just go after Boom Boom; three bounces on his head is enough to end the fight.

Avoid the boss and the shells when he spins and jump on his head when he stops to damage him.

Grab the Green +Clock and cap the Goal Pole to free the Sprixie Princess.
