World Star-3: Rolling Ride Run

Right from the beginning you’ll understand the name of the level. Ride the rolling platforms right, leaping so you don’t just roll off the edge. At the second section you can find a Boomerang Flower which is pretty useful in this level. Ahead is a Mystery Box that takes you to a rotating wheel in which you must rush around to claim Green Star #1 in the middle.

Ahead are some Conkdors, using the Boomerang makes short work of them and provides safe passage as you roll along. Ahead you’ll find the Checkpoint Flag where you can spot the next Green Star. Defeat the Conkdors the roll the final platform 180 degrees to claim Green Star #2 .

Enter the Mystery Box and work your way to the Star (left). Use the roller (right) to reveal another Star.

Climb up to find another Boomerang Flower inside the ? Block before starting along the rolling platform. Use the Boomerang to take out the enemies in your way as you reach a Double Cherry in an invisible ? Block on the left side of the small platform. You want to keep this Double Cherry unless you are playing multiplayer (though it’s never a good idea to get hit and lose a clone!). Roll right from here to a larger island with some Green +Clocks and a Rosalina Character Switch – the game wastes no time ensuring she is used – that releases the Stamp .

Use the Rosalina switch for a Stamp (left). Use the Cat Suit to climb up to the final Star (right).

Roll along to the next section with a Conkdor. There is an invisible ? Block here that has a Double Cherry which is useful for the final area. Walk to the far side of the long rolling platform, away from Goombas and Conkdors to a Multi-Vator that needs two characters. Ride this up to Green Star #3 and a Green +Clock before continuing on to the Goal Pole.
