Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Guide Guide Info

Chapter XIII

Till all are one

Chapter XIII

  • Player - Optimus / Megatron
  • Audio logs - none
  • Blueprints - none

Time for last chapter! The store ahead is quite useless, since you get to control a bunch of Transformers in this chapter with Soundwave being the first, but anyway… equip Riot Cannon and Rocket Cannon.

Press RB to launch Rumble, press X to launch tow cable, press RB to launch Laserbeak and prepare for Auto assault from both sides. Use Rumble as necessary to gain the upper hand - when all Autos are clear not to engage anymore, eject Rumble to enter the power room.

Shoot up some Autos, grab the lever ahead to lower it and destroy the ammo supply, then turn right and fight thru Autos to second ammo supply lever. There’s one more ammo supply lever on other side of the room. With all ammo supplies to Ark’s cannons destroyed, control switches to Jetfire.

Destroying ammo stores

Approach the tow cables and start shooting up chain links to destroy outer armor. You need to find a chain link that’s weaker than the others and destroy it. Weak chain links differ from playthru to playthru, so I can’t give specific locations - smash all three tow cables for control to switch to Bruticus.

Just move up and brawl anything in your way, including Ark’s exterior (take note of two Enforcers which would be good to make as priority target) and blow up the Ark’s energon tank. Control switches to Jazz.

Roll out past fallen brethren and get to battle arena where Bruticus is tearing up the Autos. Approach Bruticus and shoot him up some with Scatter Blaster, then press RB to latch onto Bruticus arm and shoot his head a few times, then press A when prompted to jump off. Repeat one or two more times, and your buddies will drop an EMP mine.

Lure Bruticus in it, press RB to latch onto his knee and trip him over. Then press RB to enter targeting mode and press A with crosshairs over Bruticus to hit him with airstrike. Leaper appears to reinforce Bruticus, making it a bit harder to lure Bruticus into next EMP mine. Hit the big bear with two more airstrikes and he’s gone.

Choose between Megatron by LT or Oprimus Prime by RT for final battle.

Last player choice!

If Megatron - press B for light attacks, Y for heavy attacks, and LT to bring up your shield. Slice up Optimus some until you enter a QTE in which you have to press B rapidly, and then tap B to punch Prime’s head. He’ll throw you off for second round. Optimus can tranform into vehicle and ram you so careful of that, and he has some cool jumping attacks that hurt a lot.

Slice up Optimus some more for another QTE with rapid B mashing, and tapping B which escalates in third round. Repeat once more and the game is concluded!

If Optimus Prime - controls are the same as with Megatron, though he employs some different attacks. If he transforms into a vehicle, he’ll shoot you instead of ramming you, and occassionally he throws out some sort of mine which makes your screen hazy for a while if the mine hits you. He can hoverjump to fire out some bombs, and can also perform spinning attack. Slice up Megatron to complete the game.
