Talk to Paimon¶

Leave the Knights of Favonius Headquarters, and head north to speak to Paimon, who can be found, waiting for you, to the left of the exit. She’ll begin asking you if you remember the guy dressed in green, then she’ll tell you it looks like the guy down there, running through the city streets.

Look for the suspicious person using Elemental Sight¶

As the scene ends, turn southeast, and jump over the wall, into the alleyway. As you get there, Paimon will say that the green guy has disappeared, and that you should use Elemental Sight to track him down. You’ll get a tutorial pop up, and it’ll tell you about how the green guy would’ve left Anemo footprints. Go into Elemental Sight, and you’ll see the footprints on the floor, follow them south/southeast, and then north, up the stairs. As you get to the top, head west a little, and you’ll notice that the footprints head to a wall, walk over to it, and you’ll get a short scene with Paimon.

It appears the suspicious guy climbed the wall, and you should follow him. Climb the wall, and head northwest, up the stairs, then head south until you reach the plaza outside the Cathedral, you’ll see the suspicious guy standing in front of a group of people, this’ll end the quest.
