There are 38 Owls to track down and return to the Owl Forest in Tales of Arise. These are completely optional but offer multiple Trophies/Achievements while granting you rewards mostly in the form of cosmetics.

When to begin searching for Owls¶

You won’t be able to begin receiving rewards for your hunt for the Owls until you reach Nevira’s White Silver Plains, at which point you’ll begin an unmissable Sub-Quest titled The Owl Forest. The lowdown is this, there are 38 Owls scattered across Dahna and you’ll need to track them down with Hootle’s (or this guide’s) aid and bring them back to the Owl Forest. In return, you’ll receive rewards at certain milestones mostly in the form of cosmetics but collect them all and you’ll obtain a powerful Artifact. You’ll have to wait until the main story is over before obtaining your final reward however.

Rewards¶

As mentioned above, you’ll obtain rewards consisting mostly of Cosmetics and on top of that, three Trophies are related to it, Owl Spotter, Owl Scouter and Owl Homecoming.
