In combat, Strong wields melee weapons such as a sledgehammer and occasionally utilizes firearms obtained from fallen enemies. His loyalty is unwavering once recruited, and he appreciates both generous and violent actions from the player.

Strong’s affinity perk, Berserk, grants a valuable +20% melee damage boost when the player’s health falls below 25%, making him an excellent companion for melee-oriented builds.
