In Mario Kart World, some panels feature a question mark symbol, and when driven over, they reward you with a sticker that you can place on your profile. Each circuit will have these, with most circuits having five panels, except for Crown City, which has ten.
These are tracked on the map by hovering your cursor over the track, and it’ll display how many you’ve found. Unfortunately, some of these panels are extremely well-hidden, with some even involving you performing wall-jumps or tricks to reach them. Read on to find out where every question mark panel is in the Moo Moo Meadows Circuit.
Moo Moo Meadows is located in the center of the map, north of Peach Stadium. This circuit contains five question mark panels for you to unlock.

Question Mark Panel 1 Location¶
A nice, easy panel to start in Moo Moo Meadows. From the starting flag, drive across the grass to your right, turn right again, and go through the barn, where you’ll find the panel near the exit. Here is where you can find it on the map: Map Marker.
Cut across the grass to the right of the starting flag and enter the barn.
The panel will be at the exit of the barn.
Question Mark Panel 2 Location¶
Return to the starting flag and proceed through the circuit as usual until you reach the first intersection. At the intersection, head right, and right again after turning the corner. On the grass is a tree with a wire attached to it.
Line yourself up with the wire and drive it up the tree. Perform a trick at the top to reach the blue roof, which has a speed ramp on it. Land on the speed ramp to reach the following red roof, and you’ll find the panel on top. Here is where you can find it on the map: Map Marker.
Question Mark Panel 3 Location¶
Once again, go back to the starting flag, and look to your left. There is a long building there with the Moo Moo Meadows sign above it. To the left is an opening you can go in that takes you inside. Go inside the building, turn right, and look at the haystacks to your left. The panel will be hidden under the haystack. Here is where you can find it on the map: Map Marker.
Question Mark Panel 4 Location¶
Go back to the entrance of the building where panel 3 was, and this time, go out the opposite side. The panel will be on the road, going around the corner to the north of the building. Here is where you can find it on the map: Map Marker.
Exit the barn from the opposite side you entered, and you’ll find the panel on the corner of the road to the north.
Question Mark Panel 5 Location¶
The final panel is also located around the building like the last two panels, but this time, it’s on the roof. To get on top, you’ll need to take a warp pipe, and you can find the warp pipe inside the barn.
There are two warp pipes in the barn, and the one you want is next to the P Switch, next to the entrance nearest to the starting flag.
When you get on top of the roof, slow down to stop momentum, drive under the sign, and you’ll find the panel on the slope of the roof. Here is where you can find it on the map: Map Marker.
Enter the barn to the left of the starting flag and then go through the warp pipe to the left of the entrance.
This will take you to the roof. Go under the sign, and you’ll find the panel on the slope of the roof.
