Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora features a variety of resources that you can gather while exploring the Western Frontier and these can be used to cook useful dishes or they can be donated to the various clans in order to complete their respective favor quests. On this page, we’ll guide you through the necessary steps for finding Exquisite Shell Fruits.
Shell Fruits are one of the more common ingredients in the Western Frontier.
Where to Find Shell Fruit in Avatar¶
Shell Fruits can be found relatively early on in your journey, as they can be commonly found within Kinglor Forest which is the first region you’ll have access to. However, we recommend that you progress through the story until you’ve completed the main mission “Take Flight”, as this will give you access to your Ikran which means you can get around the world a lot faster.
Once you have the ability to use an Ikran you’ll want to travel over to a Rainforest or Thorny Wilds Biome, such as Stoneblade Ridge and Shadow Wood, then you’ll be able to find the highest rarity of Shell Fruits attached to the trees near the Stepping Stones River which can be found to the southwest of the Gas Harvester Alpha RDA Outpost.

What is Shell Fruits Used For in Avatar¶
Shell Fruits is one of the many ingredients you can use for cooking in Avatar and will provide your dish with the additional benefit of Hearty I which increases your base health by +30%. This will be extremely useful for tackling RDA Outposts, as you’ll be taking a lot of damage from Mechs. Additionally, Shell Fruits is one of the required items needed to complete the Meal and a Memory Side Quest.
