How to Obtain

Can be crafted as an upgrade to the Loongwreathe Staff after defeating the Cyan Loong, an optional boss on Turtle Island in Chapter 3. The fight can only be started when you’ve acquired Loong Scales from Chapter 2.

Effect

Moderately increases the Damage dealt by all Pillar Stance moves. A loong can be summoned to execute Thunder at the enemy at Pillar Stance Heavy Attacks that cost 3 or 4 Focus Points.
