Black Myth: Wukong is an Action RPG which features lots of bosses, but a lot of them are optional and well hidden. On this page, we’ll provide you with the locations of all 21 bosses in Chapter 3.
Where to Find All Chapter 3 Bosses¶
As mentioned above, there are 21 bosses scattered around the Yellow Wind Ridge and their locations can be found below!
Macaque Chief Boss Location¶
Start at the Frost-Clad Path Shrine
to find the Macque Chief at the end of the path.
Macaque Chief can be found by starting at the Frost-Clad Path Shrine and simply follow the path ahead. Unfortunately, this boss doesn’t yield any good rewards, just some 
Will.
Kang-jin Loong Boss Location¶
Start at the Mirrormare Shrine
to find Kang Jin Loong on the lake.
Kang-jin Loong can be found by starting at the Mirrormare Shrine and then work your way over to the temple on the ice. Defeating this boss will reward you with a 
Starlit Cloud-Bidden Antler and 
Refined Iron Sand.
Captain Lotus-Vision Boss Location¶
Start at the Upper Pagoda
to find Captain Lotus Voice by dropping down into a hole.
Captain Lotus-Voice can be found by starting at the Upper Pagoda Shrine and then drop down into the area opposite it. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Frostprout Twig Curio and a 
Mind Core
Captain Wise-Voice Boss Location¶
Start at the Mani Wheel Shrine
to find Captain Wise Voice at the top of the prison.
Captain Wise-Voice can be found near the Mani Wheel Shrine which is located at the top of the Pagoda Realm Prison. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Captain Wise-Voice Spirit and a Mind Core.
Macaque Chief Boss Location¶
Start at the Warding Temple Shrine
to find Macque Chief at the top of the stairs.
Macaque Chief can be found by starting at the Warding Temple Shrine and heading up the nearby stairs. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Ring of Fire Spell.
Kang-Jin Star Boss Location¶
Start at the Warding Temple Shrine
to find Kang Jin Star at the very back of the area.
Kang-Jin Star can be found by starting at the Warding Temple Shrine and work your way to the back of the temple. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Cold Iron Leaves and a Mind Cores.
Cyan Loong Boss Location¶
Start at the Turtle Island Shrine
to find Cyan Loong at the edge of the cliff.
Cyan Loong can be found by starting at the Turtle Island Shrine and then turning around to face the cliff and walk towards it before heading left. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Mountain-Shaking Claw, 
Breath of Fire, 
Loong Pearl x1, 
Fine Gold Thread x2 and a Mind Core.
Chen Loong Boss Location¶
Start at the North Shore of Bitter Lake Shrine
to find Chen Loong standing in the water.
Chen Loong can be found by starting at the North Shore of Bitter Lake Shrine and then head in the opposite direction to find it in the water. Defeating this boss will reward you with two 
Yaoguai Core and some Refined Iron Sand.
Apramana Bat Boss Location¶
Start at the North Shore of Bitter Lake Shrine
to find the Apramana Bat at the far end of the shore.
Apramana Bat can be found by starting at the North Shore of Bitter Lake Shrine and following the shore along to the end. Defeating this boss will reward you with two Yaoguai Core and some Refined Iron Sand.
Yin Tiger Boss Location¶
Start at the Zodiac Village Shrine
to find the Yin Tiger at the back of the area.
Yin Tiger can be found by starting at the Zodiac Village Shrine and heading over to the back of the village. If you haven’t reached this area yet, then you’ll need to complete the Chen Loong and the Ruyi Scroll Quest. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Ebon Flow Transformation and Iron-Tough Legendary Armor.
Non-White Boss Location¶
Start at the Mindfulness Cliff
to find the Non White up the stairs.
Non-White can be found by starting at the Mindfullness Cliff Shrine and following the path up. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Non-White Spirit and 
Blood of the Iron Bull.
Lang-Li-Guhh-Lang Boss Location¶
Start at the Forest of Felicity Shrine
to find Lang Li Guhh Lang
Lang-Li-Guhh-Lang can be found by starting at the Forest of Felicity Shrine and backtracking a little while paying close attention to the wall on the right until you come across a gap you can go through. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Tadpole Material.
Old Ginseng Guai Boss Location¶
Start at the Towers of Karma Shrine
to find Old Ginseng Guai
Old Ginseng Guai can be found by starting at the Towers of Karma Shrine and head forward and attempt to gather the ginseng in the center. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Ginseng Cape Armor Piece.
Non-Able Boss Location¶
Start at the Brook of Bliss Shrine
to find Non Able in a large open area.
Non-Able can be found by starting at the Brook of Bliss Shrine and then head up to find him in a large open area. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Non-Able Spirit.
Captain Kalpa-Wave Boss Location¶
Start at the Longevity Road Shrine
to find Captain Kalpa Wave outside the temple.
Captain Kalpa-Wave can be found starting at the Longevity Road Shrine and towards the entrance to the New Thunderclad Temple. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Spirit of Captain Kalpa-Wave.
Monk From the Sea Boss Location¶
Start at the Temple Entrance Shrine
to find the Monk From The Sea
Monk From the Sea can be found at the Temple Entrance Shrine and then go right and follow the path. Defeating this boss will reward you with the 
Hoarfrost Transformation.
Non-Void Boss Location¶
Start at the Temple Entrance Shrine
to find Non Void in the nearby building.
Non-Void can be found by starting at Temple Entrance Shrine and then head up the stairs and down the ones to the left. Enter the building and make your way to the top. You’ll need to be in Fox Form which is unlocked via the Fox Guai Quest. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Spirit of Non-Void.
Non-Pure Boss Location¶
Start at the Mahivara Temple Shrine
to find the Non Pure in a room.
Non-Pure can be found by starting at the Mahivara Temple Shrine and then go back down the stairs and taking a left. Defeating this boss will reward you with the Spirit of Non-Pure.
Yellowbrow & Macaque Chief Boss Location¶
Start at the Mahivara Temple Shrine
to find Yellowbrow up the stairs.
Yellowbrow can be found by starting at the Mahivara Temple Shrine and then go up the stairs to fight him. This opponent will become Macque Chief during the second phase. Defeating this boss will reward you with some 
Cosmo Radiance, Cold Iron Leaves, Fine Gold Thread, 
Gold Tree Core and Refined Iron Sand
