All Bosses in Chapter 4

Black Myth: Wukong is an Action RPG which features lots of bosses, but a lot of them are optional and well hidden. On this page, we’ll provide you with the locations of all 17 bosses in Chapter 4.

Where to Find All Chapter 4 Bosses¶

As mentioned above, there are 17 bosses scattered around The Webbed Hollow and their locations can be found below!

The Second Sister Boss Location¶

The Second Sister can be found by starting at the Estate of the Zhu Shrine in the Village of Lanxi Area and entering the nearby courtyard. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Gold Tree Core and Venomous Hair.

Elder Amourworm Boss Location¶

Elder Amourworm can be found by starting at The Verdure Bridge Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area and then go over the bridge and head towards the archway to trigger a scene, then continue following the path along to find the Amourworm at the end. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Refined Iron Sand and Proto Amourworm.

Centipede Guai Boss Location¶

Centipede Guai can be found by starting at the Middle Hollow Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area and then follow the path ahead and drop down. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Knot of Voidness, Gold Tree Core and the Centipede Guai Spirit.

Yellow Loong Boss Location¶

Yellow Loong can be found next to the Relief of the Fallen Loong Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area once you’ve defeated the other loongs found our Loong Scales Quest page. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Golden Lining and a Sea Supporting Tendon.

Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw Boss Location¶

Baw-Li-Guhh-Baw can be found by starting at the Lower Hollow Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area and then backtrack and go through the crack on the left wall. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Refined Iron Sand and Tadpole.

Venom Daoist 1 Boss Location¶

The first battle against the Venom Daoist can be found by starting at the Scattered Pool of Jade Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area and then go to the right to find a large cocoon, smack it a few times to start the battle. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Gold Tree Core and Venomous Armguard.

Zhu Bajie Boss Location¶

Zhu Bajie can be found by starting at the Hut of Immortality Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area and walking forward, then after the first encounter go back to the shrine and keep going forward and head through the gap to reach 2 phase boss with him. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Fine Gold Thread.

Buddha’s Right Hand Boss Location¶

Buddha’s Right Hand can be found by starting at the Cliff of Oblivion Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area and then simply head forward. Defeating this fiend will reward you with Fine Gold Thread and 2 Cold Iron Leaves.

Violet Spider Boss Location¶

Violet Spider can be found right next to The Gathering Cave Shrine in the Webbed Hollow Area. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Spider Leg and Refined Iron Sand.

Commander Beetle Boss Location¶

Commander Beetle can be found by starting at the Forest of Ferocity Shrine in the Temple of the Yellow Flower Area and then head up the main path and look to your right. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Commander Beetle Spirit, Refined Iron Sand and a Knot of Voidness.

Fungiwoman Boss Location¶

Fungiwoman can be found by starting at the Court of Illumination Shrine in the Temple of the Yellow Flower Area and then go back on yourself and keep going forward, then take the path to the top and keep going right. Attempt to pick up the Fungi to spawn her. Defeating this fiend will reward you with the Fungiwoman Spirit, Refined Iron Sand, Monkey-Head Fungus Seed and Knot of Voidness.

Venom Daoist 2 Boss Location¶

The Venom Daoist can be encountered again by starting at the Court of Illumination Shrine in the Temple of Yellow Flower Area and go back on yourself and keep going forward, then take the path to the top and take the slope to your left, must have defeated him in webbed hollow first. Defeating this fiend will allow you to access this chapters secret area Purple Cloud Mountain.

The Scorpionlord Boss Location¶

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find this boss until you’ve gained access to the Purple Cloud Mountain and this can be done by following the steps on our Unlocking Secret Area: Purple Cloud Mountain - Venom Daoist Locations page. Once you’ve unlocked this area, then The Scorpionlord can be found by starting at the Bounds of Deity’s Abode Shrine and then breaking his wine pot to begin the battle. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Gold Tree Core, Refined Iron Sand, Stained Jade Gourd and a Sky-Piercing Horn.

Daoist Mi Boss Location¶

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find this boss until you’ve gained access to the Purple Cloud Mountain and this can be done by following the steps on our Unlocking Secret Area: Purple Cloud Mountain - Venom Daoist Locations page. Once you’ve unlocked this area, then Daoist Mi can be found by starting at the Petalfall Hamlet Shrine and speak to him on the left as you go up, defeat a yellow enemy to the right to get Violet Hail key item and hand it over to start the battle. Defeating this fiend will reward you with some Refined Iron Sand and the Violet Hail Transformation.

The Duskveil Boss Location¶

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to find this boss until you’ve gained access to the Purple Cloud Mountain and this can be done by following the steps on our Unlocking Secret Area: Purple Cloud Mountain - Venom Daoist Locations page. Once you’ve unlocked this area, then start at the Cloudnest Peak Shrine and work your way up to the top of the path. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Duskveil’s Horn, Gold Tree Core and a Weaver’s Needle.

Supreme Inspector Boss Location¶

Supreme Inspector can be found by starting at the Court of Illumination Shrine in the Temple of the Yellow Flower Area and then remove the fourth and final talisman behind the shrine. If you’re missing the previous talismans, then you can find them on our The Purple Talisman Locations Quest page. Defeating this fiend will reward you with a Somersault Cloud.

Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master Boss Location¶

Hundred-Eyed Daoist Master can be found by starting at the Court of Illumination Shrine in the Temple of the Yellow Flower Area and then simply head into in the large open area ahead. Defeating this fiend will bring chapter 4 to its conclusion.
