This note will appear on the bench opposite Indira Wolff after you have beaten the Rampant Dugbog Infamous Foe.

Prior to that you will find a note warning you about the creature pinned to the door of the abandoned house.

Dragon Pox Healer’s Note.

You will find this note attached to the patient in the Healer’s camp.

The camp is located above the Merlin Trial which is also difficult to access on foot but you will be able to find a way up there if need be.

Diary Entry

If you head into the treasure vault and dive into the pool, you will surface in a cave containing a treasure chest and a corpse.

Search the corpse and you will find William who has been sent away for safety as he is a werewolf. Who knows what fate he met?
