This page offers all you need to know about gleamy ooblets, including how to find them in Ooblets.

What are Gleamy Ooblets?

Gleamies are an alternative version of normal ooblets. In fact, there are two other versions of every single ooblet: unusual/uncommon and gleamy. Unusual ooblets are a different color variant, but gleamies are way cooler (and way rarer).

Gleamies are real rare but you’ll still see other people’s gleamies around!

This radlad is a gleamy and he’s wearing a backpack.

Gleamy Ooblets are also a different color but they’re also covered in sparkles and leave rainbow trails when they walk. Also, if you leave gleamy ooblets on your farm, they have a chance to spawn an Oobsidian on your grounds!

You can only grow a gleamy ooblet when you obtain a gleamy seed, which is obtained by winning a dance battle against a gleamy ooblet.

Best Way to Get Gleamy Ooblets

Unfortunately, there’s no way to increase your chances of finding a Gleamy. You will, however, have an increased chance of finding gleamies during rainbow rain, which is a very rare weather event. During rainbow rain, you can’t obtain rainplops but instead you should find it easier to obtain a gleamy!

Other than rainbow rain, the main bit of advice for finding gleamies is to wait until late game when you have all the possible areas and ooblets unlocked and make sure to keep an eye out on the daily ooblet sightings (the list of ooblets given to you at the start of your day) and then planning accordingly!
