You’ll obtain the You Talk Too Much Trophy/Achievement upon successfully throwing a grenade into his mouth.
All you need to do in order to get the You Talk Too Much! Trophy/Achievement is to throw a grenade into his mouth. So, before you enter the boss arena at the end of chapter 12 you’ll want to make sure you’ve crafted as many Grenades as possible, then you’ll want to wait until Ramón Salazar attaches himself to the ceiling. At this point you’ll want to equip the Grenade, then avoid the black liquid whilst aiming for his mouth. If you get in the correct spot, then the trophy will pop!
