After reaching the top of the tower, walk off the broken railing. You’ll land on a platform with a duffel bag of loot and this armor nearby.
2. The Zone Map
X: 10227 Y: 13994
On a sofa in a high-up room. To reach it:
- Grab the door key inside the watchtower to the north
- Use it to get inside a building a short distance to the south-west, and go through a teleportation anomaly
- Fight off rats and avoid anomalies as you head towards the other end of the train
- Go through the teleportation anomaly you find here, then approach the chair near the railings.
