Victor Oakville is a soldier that’s part of King’s Chosen, an elite group of soldiers that exists in the Central Resulian Army. He is highly regarded for his skills and has a strong sense of duty, although sometimes he questions his job because it might require him to kill someone. He trained by Fidel’s father and has similar moves, although he likes using his scabbard as a second weapon in battle.
