Description
Tricky to get to and involves a little parkour. Find the metal stairway just past 
Jake’s and head up it. Follow your nose around until you see a large pipe tucked between two walls. Jump on that and open the vent. Climb through and crawl along before dropping down into the room. You will find a stash of ammo and a modified 
Arc Welder weapon. Well worth the journey.
