In-game Description
This three-headed monster with lightning, fire, and ice attributes first appeared after the Upheaval. Fighting it alone is inadvisable, as it can launch coordinated elemental attacks with staggering brutality. You must be well-prepared to survive an entanglement with this beast.

Located extremely high up.
If you’re struggling, try using the big hovering platforms near 
Ijo-o Shrine.
You can attach Balloons, Rockets and/or Fans to them. Then sit back and wait for your battery to recharge.
However do note that these platforms have a time limit. So you may want to carry your own flying machine as well.

Large Zonai Charges and Big Batteries to reach it.
