Thanks a lot for the answer, I know it sounds unusual but I checked 10x already and it is not here and I have not completed it yet. Are you definitely starting from near Susuyai Shrine? I checked and the Korok with the backpack is definitely here: https://www.gamerguides.com/the-legend-of-zelda-tears-of-the-kingdom/maps/hyrule-surface-map#40442

Additionally, the Ember Shirt is at 1378, 2225, 0293 in the Goronbi River Cave at the southernmost tip of the Goronbi river, slightly west of the end is the entrance.
And the Ember Headress lies within YunoboCo HQ south cave. Haven't collected this piece myself just yet, but it is listed elsewhere on the internet.

Thanks so much for pointing this out, we've now added it to the map.
Just a quick note to request that if you spot anything else missing on our map, please can you mention the name of the area alongside the coordinates (as you have done with your other comment about the Black Hinox near Malin Bay). This will help us to locate and add the marker more quickly since the in-game map only provides coordinates of where you're located at any given time, rather than where you scroll with the cursor.
Hi, thanks for the feedback. A lot of the markers were data-mined; for many of them, they are end-points (or occasionally the second Korok friend) rather than starting points, so I agree that they can be hard to find.
We are trying to manually go through each Korok Seed as fast as we can, but there are 1000 of them. So may take a short while!

Hi thanks for the question! We don't currently have a plan to do this. To be honest we're not quite sure how this would work in practice as everyone would have a different hidden experience level and so have a different experience of the monsters and weapons on the map. We've currently added mobs/weapons based on low level/minimal farming exp. I suppose there could be a slider or something, but not sure how to implement as it would be complex. We're always open to implementation ideas though! Thanks for the feedback :)
Ahh, so close. Can totally understand the frustration.
As you can probably imagine, we're still working on the caves, bubbulfrogs and gems.
We've almost added all the caves. Think we still need to add roughly 15 more to the physical map. The database has 137 caves (so 10 missing) so far: https://www.gamerguides.com/the-legend-of-zelda-tears-of-the-kingdom/database/caves
Far as I can tell, there are only 4 caves in the sky and 0 in the Depths. So I think there's a high chance you're missing one surface cave.
I'll try and focus on the caves after the weekend!
Thundra Plateu Cave at -2268, 0894, 0094
To open it you need to cast a shadow with 5 attached logs around 12:00 am from the southern pole to the northern one.
Inside the cave at -2268, 0843, 0081 you'll find the "Mask of Awakening"

There's a chest (containing a Royal Broadsword) below Zelda's Room however, it is low enough to NOT be in the "Dungeon Map" of Hyrule Castle. You have to go around the stalactites on the underside of the elevated castle, and enter a small masonry alcove in the wall between two other stalactites nothing but that single chest containing a Royal Broadsword. The in-game coodinates proper of the chest is aproximately (-0329, 1002, 0185). This was driving me INSANE 'til I found it.
Also, the Korok on top of the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab has the information for a Korok Friend (starter), which is missing from the map. 3723, -2157, 0201 is the location for that Korok Friend. W/SW of the lab by the road. Connects to the Korok at the top of the peninsula between Hateno Bay and Kitano Bay. (3898, -2506, 0000)
There is a icon for a Korok Seed that isn't a seed. On the NW Plateau of Spectacle Rock, S/SE of the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower. It's marked in the center of that section surrounded by water. However, that particular offering plate is part of "The Yiga Clan Exam" in which you have to put banana in 5 different offering plates located around the area. Doing that quest unlocks access to the Suariwak Shrine to the north.
At the same location as The Captured Tent quest, is the Who Finds the Haven side quest. Completing the former will start the latter. Go to the Sturnida Secret Springs. At the end of the save is a boulder, move it with ultrahand and duck in to the tunnel behind it. The quest will complete as soon as you reach the end.
Looks like there are 5-6 missing Hinox.

Hi, thanks for the tip! We don't have a different marker for keese swarms but I was able to get most of your items added! The three that I couldn't find were the trout in the secret hot spring, the grizzlemaw bear, and the keese swarm in goro cove - none of these would spawn for me. If you have any screenshots you would be willing to share (via Google Drive link, imgur, etc) that may help!
This is majorly unimportant, but at aproximately 4108, 0459, 0370, which is the waterfall source on the north side of Tal Tal Peak.
At the water source, there is a small alcove with a single silent shroom growing in the middle of it that hasn't been placed on the map yet.
Its impossible for Link to actually get in there himself without glitches, but you can just slide a thin/small object with ultrahand, attach the shroom to it and pull it back out. Its possible the devs messed up the coordinates for this one shroom and it was supposed to be higher up or something.
Missing Korok Friend. 1396, -3641, 0001. Faron region, on the beach of Martha's Landing. If you look at the map, it's the second bush that's right of the road, at the tip of the water inlet. It connects to the Korok to the West, on the West Side of Martha's landing, on the beach by the rock formations. 0995, -3804, 0001.
Missing Korok Friend. Just a bit West from where the road from Highland Stable and the road from the Horse God bridge meet. Approximately 0208, -3534, 0069. Connects to the Korok just to the left of the wording of Harfin Valley on the in-game map when you zoom in. End coordinates are 0048, -3393, 0025

Each quest is located in each of its respective stables. There's an empty picture frame on the wall, examine it, and the stable manager will assign it.
I think there's a double entry for a hinox. I dont have the game coordinates or the best way to link. Using this map's coordinate system, there's a marker (a) at 6275,8335 and a second (b) at 6383,8392. There is no Hinox at location (a), but shows a screenshot of the Hinox at location (b). (b) is is correct, has a Hinox, but no screenshot. Unless, I'm just missing the second one, I think it's a mistake. I don't see any nearby caves in the area. Only other option is that it was supposed to be in the depths?

Oooh, I found a chest with the forest dwellers bow in it at the centre of Lake Saria~!! There's a least 5 hyrule bass swimming by the deck there too~!!

I would like to add a location for sizzlefin trout at Sturnida Secret Hot Springs in West Hebra, and a stealthfin trout location in southeast Lake Mekar, East of Rauru Hillside

Hi, I don't know if this is significant but the Joniu shrine next to the Upland Zorana Skyview Tower is in the wrong place. It is more to the south east of the tower at 2918 0507 0155. Not a massive distance though.

Is it possible to make a difference between pre-marked and discoverable locations (e.g. woods, lakes etc. as opposed to bridges, ruins etc.)? Please add Sarjon Bridge as a discoverable location just NW of Sarjon Woods.

I’ve noticed you are missing the korok friend at -3196, -1170, 0479 in gerudo highlands between vatrosa snowfield and laparoh mesa. You have the end point marked which is north down the slope so all you need to add is the friend location. Hope this helps!

Thanks, it looks like there were some crossed wires. That marker has been removed now. Otherwise, everything important to The Yiga Clan Exam should already be on the map : )
There's also a quest by Gerudo Canyon Stable called "Gleeok Guts" given by a Gerudo named Malena. Her husband, Platt, is sick and she wants the guts to heal him. -2727, -2338, 0062. SE of the stable, SW of the Turakamik shrine. Almost underneath the bridge.

Missing Korok Friend. Located on the north shore of the river of the dead, against the tree trunk just to the left of the boards laying there. It connects to the Korok already on the map that's on the south shore ofnthe river. That location is -1178, -2088, 0144.

The icon for one of the Korok Friends (the starter ones that need to find their friend) is incorrect. It's the one located in the Lanayru Wetlands, to the left of Zelo Pond and the icon for Toma, NW of Mercay Island. 1533, 0510, 0010.

The Korok Friend that starts the one that is located at 0395, -3860, 0000 between Komo Shoreline Cave and Puffer Beach Overhead Cave is located at 0065, -3762, 0005. On Puffer Beach, it's next to the wall on the East side of the river where Menoat River meets the Faron Sea.

There is a second entrance to the Pristine Sanctum. It's at Lulu Lake . To the left of the the waterfall, there are some rocks that the water falls down straight into the Sanctum. You can also use this waterfall to get bacl out using the Zora armor. 3712, 0603, 0360

There 147 bubble gems and frogs. This is killing me because I have 146. The map only has 92 gems and 117 frogs. So I'm not sure which I'm missing, unless there's 1 in the depths, or a 5th in the sky Islands. I think I have all of the cave locations, but that's a bit harder to tell.

Far as I can tell, there are only 4 caves in the sky and 0 in the Depths. So I think there's a high chance you're missing one surface cave.

There's a chest (containing a Royal Broadsword) below Zelda's Room however, it is low enough to NOT be in the "Dungeon Map" of Hyrule Castle. You have to go around the stalactites on the underside of the elevated castle, and enter a small masonry alcove in the wall between two other stalactites nothing but that single chest containing a Royal Broadsword. The in-game coodinates proper of the chest is aproximately (-0329, 1002, 0185). This was driving me INSANE 'til I found it.

You're missing some caves in the Zora region. Oren bridge cave, there's also a bubbulfrog somewhere under the mountain between Zodobon highlands and ruto mountain that I can't seem to find an entrance for.

Hi thanks for the question! We don't currently have a plan to do this. To be honest we're not quite sure how this would work in practice as everyone would have a different hidden experience level and so have a different experience of the monsters and weapons on the map. We've currently added mobs/weapons based on low level/minimal farming exp. I suppose there could be a slider or something, but not sure how to implement as it would be complex. We're always open to implementation ideas though! Thanks for the feedback :)

Just a quick note to request that if you spot anything else missing on our map, please can you mention the name of the area alongside the coordinates (as you have done with your other comment about the Black Hinox near Malin Bay). This will help us to locate and add the marker more quickly since the in-game map only provides coordinates of where you're located at any given time, rather than where you scroll with the cursor.
The frostbite trousers and shirt are in Brightcap Cave and Hebra Headspring Cave. Don't remember which is which.
