Obtained when you defeat all eight Lantern Wardens in the Pagoda Realm Prison. We have a guide that can direct you to each of their locations here.

Note that it will become permanently unavailable if you defeat Captain Wise-Voice before defeating all eight Lantern Wardens in the area.

Effect

Inflicts chants-beguiled effect to the bearer in Cloud Step; Moderately increases Attack, but massively reduces Maximum Health.
