This Trophy/Achievement will require you to take down an enemy within five seconds are being revived from Second Heart. To do this, make sure your Body Stat is Level 16, then purchase the “Second Heart” Circulatory System Modification from the Ripperdocs in Wellsprings.

Now find any enemy by exploring Hustles and bring them to half health before letting them kill you, then when you revive quickly finish them off to unlock the Trophy/Achievement
