Description
Can only be reached by using the 
Cliff’s Edge Hotel’s sole working elevator (which, in turn, requires the player to reach the roof and then work their way down to the basement.)

Vault 118 Overseer’s Log, on the Overseer’s desk. Requires a key from Ezra Parker’s room or the ability to pick Master locks to get access.
Vault 118 Jumpsuit, on a desk left of the main door once inside- The Dapper Gent, sold by Pearl
