This is the last Balance of Power choice you will have to make in the game, which will affect the following two missions after this one.

Amita wants you to destroy Jalendu Temple, in order to expose Sabal as a simple-minded fool and to free Kyrat from its outdated traditions. As you start making your way there, Amita will chime in and say there’s some Golden Path members that she trusts to help you out, so feel free to go to the new objective marker to have their boat take you to the island with the temple.

If you choose to be taken to the temple or make your own way there, start off by scouting the place if you haven’t been detected yet. There’s a sniper on one of the upper floors, which is probably the only thing to watch out for outside of the underground area. Speaking of which, that’s your first goal in the mission, to get underground and secure the vault with the gold.

The underground area can be accessed by the stairs leading down at the temple’s front door and it’s this area that you’ll need to secure because Amita wants the vault. One of the first enemies you’ll run into down here will likely be a Heavy Gunner, so you can lure him outside to get more room. There’s also a Heavy Flamer down here, so feel free to do the same as with the Gunner.

Not only is there a Heavy Gunner when you go underground, there will also be a Heavy Flamer, so be careful and try to lure them outside, where there's more cover.

Once you’ve finished the two Heavies off, clear the rest of the enemies underground and follow the one path there to a gate. There’s a switch right next to the gate that you can use to open it, providing access to the Golden Path. Of course, enemy reinforcements show up outside, so pick up the satchel charges and head there to kill them.

When you’re finished, plant the two charges and you’ll have one minute to get to the allied boat. Once you get on it, you’ll have to escort it to its destination, with a few enemies appearing on boats to stop you, as well as some on land. Luckily, the enemies on land have conveniently placed explosive barrels next to them. There will also be a helicopter in the way, but be careful about downing it near the boat. Not long after that, the mission will end.
