Amita wants you to check up on Kanan, who runs a farm close by and needs some help with wild animals. You’ll be using a bow for this mission, as it will keep the hides intact. Bows are great for being stealthy, as they make no noise and do some fantastic damage (usually a one-hit kill one normal enemies). Head to the farm and attempt to talk to Kanan, only to get no answer back.
After a short conversation with Amita, you’ll learn that some wolves have been getting aggressive lately, so she wants you to destroy their den. There are some supplies nearby, which are behind the wooden planks that can be broken with a melee attack. Start heading to the objective, when you’ll spot a lone wolf feasting on a pig kill.
Don’t approach it too closely, as it will come after you. If you stay a little ways away, you can hit it with your bow, causing it to run a bit. This will allow you to easily line up a second shot that should kill the wolf. A kill with the bow or knife is considered a clean kill, earning you a bit of Karma and also allowing you to get two skins from the animal.
Killing an animal with a normal weapon will only get you one skin, while using explosives or flames will get you a damaged skin. Continue towards the den and reach the vantage, using your camera to spot two wolves near the den. As you approach them, use the same tactic as before to make them run inside the den. At the entrance, you can either lure them out to kill and skin them, or just destroy the den.
If you do the former, note that there’s one more wolf inside the den that you couldn’t spot before. Killing all three with the bow will get you a total of six more skins, which will help in the long run when crafting. To destroy the den, shoot the red barrel that’s sitting inside the den, causing a cave-in to occur. Head back to Kanan to finish the mission.
You can put those Tibetan Wolf skins to good use by going to your crafting menu and making another weapon holster, allowing you to equip both a sidearm and regular weapon.
