Round 'Em Up Trophy/Achievement Guide
There are a number of trophies and achievements in Pragmata, some of which will unlock as you complete the story, as well as some related to collectibles. However, there are a few miscellaneous trophies/achievements that task you with doing a specific action. Courage in Desperation wants you to repel the LunaDigger in the Lunum Mines sector of the game. This enemy is more of a nuisane than problem, but you only have two opportunities to do this as you go through the level normally (it’s not missable).
The LunaDigger is a large machine that you will find in Sector 4.
LunaDigger Location - How to Repel¶
The LunaDigger is exclusive to the fourth sector of the game, and you will run into it twice during the normal stage. This is the version you will have to worry about for this trophy/achievement. It doesn’t matter which one you go after, but it’s easier the first time, as there are other enemies in the large area for the second time you encounter the LunaDigger. As mentioned above, the trophy/achievement wants you to repel the machine, which essentially means fighting it like a normal enemy until it goes away for good. Doing this will allow you to easily explore the areas without having to worry about dodging the LunaDigger.
The LunaDigger isn’t a particularly threatening foe, despite its size and everything, since it will mainly do a few things. When you first encounter it, the thing will stay underground and come up only when it’s attacking you. Its attacks mostly consist of just charging at you and trying to hit you with its “mouth,” which can either grab you or hit you. If it does grab you, then you’ll have to do a hacking minigame in order to escape, while it slowly drains your health.
(1 of 3) The weakest point on the LunaDigger is the inside of its mouth.
When you are finally going after the LunaDigger, you have to keep in mind that it doesn’t stay above the surface for too long, so you might need to separate your hack into two sessions. The important part there is making sure you get it to resurface quickly after going back underground, since if you leave things alone too long, the hack will reset. This is especially true if you are fully hacking it and going through all of the OPEN nodes. Once you do have it OPEN, then you can start shooting it. The biggest weak point is inside its mouth when it opens up, but this will also put you at risk at getting hit/grabbed.
There also seems to be a ring not far from its head, which triggers slightly less damage than its mouth. It might take a few tries finding the right spot here, but once you do, you’ll see it’s a lot easier to hit there and not put yourself in danger. The LunaDigger does have a lot of health and you cannot see its health like with any other enemy, so don’t expect this to be a short endeavor. Keep attacking it, while evading its attacks, and eventually Hugh will comment when it finally stays away for good.
