Description
These cooling towers and new power units once embodied the promise of the third stage of the 
CNPP, a symbol of hope from a bygone era. Now, only echoes resonate within the lofty concrete evaporator towers. Instead of a new reactor, the rusty walls of the Red Fortress bear witness to the last war waged between the stalkers and Monolith.
