In-game Description
The lowest-ranked members of the Yiga Clan. They’ve been dispatched all across Hyrule with a single task: seek out and kill Princess !Zelda and Link. They’re a crafty bunch, sometimes disguising themselves as simple travelers or villagers to get the jump on you. Be wary of suspicious people you encounter. They’re very agile, and their weapons of choice are bows and swords.

A researcher that will transform into a Yiga Footsolider no matter which answer to his question you answer.
Yiga Footsoldier
Speak to the Traveler in the well to reveal him as a 
Yiga Footsoldier.
He will drop many Rupees and an 
Eightfold Blade when defeated.

On a fan boat. Knock them off the boat to open a red circle door.

Speak to the man at the top of this plateau to reveal his true identity as a Yiga Footsoldier.
