Obtained when defeating a specific Bull Governor enemy near the Cave Depths shrine in the Bishui Cave secret area. To reach it, follow the steps below.

• When facing the shrine, turn around and start following the path on the right
• At the end of a long stretch filled with enemies, this big boy will be waiting for you.

Take the form of Bull Governor. Charge towards the foe and cleave with a great halberd, thrusting it into the ground to deal Scorch Damage on hit.
