Obtained when defeating an enemy of the same name near the Outside the Cave shrine in the Black Wind Cave area. To reach it, follow the steps below.

• When facing the shrine, turn around and climb the hill to your left
• Walk across the wooden platform, then turn left - the Wolf Assassin can be found glowing in some bushes here.
