Peacekeeper MK1 Loadout & Class
Dravec 45 Loadout
The M8A1 is a spin on the M8 weapon profile, with burst fire control slapped on it to satisfy the old school M16 crowd. While there hasn’t been a dominant burst fire gun in CoD for years, the M8A1 looks to be getting that crown back. Here’s a closer look at what the M8A1 loadout is for the Black Ops 7 beta.
Here’s the best loadout for the M8A1 in Black Ops 7 to make sure you land those burst fire one hit kills. Image via Gamer Guides / Activision.
M8A1 Loadout¶
In terms of the attachments, your typical M8A1 Loadout in Black Ops 7 looks like the following:
- Optic: Lethal Tools ELO
- Muzzle: Redwell 5.56 Compensator
- Underbarrel: Ironhold Angled Grip
- Magazine: Sentinel Extended Mag
- Rear Grip: Instinct Grip
The general idea is that the build profile gives players a mixture of clean optics and strong vertical recoil reduction. Since this is a burst weapon, you need to typically land a headshot and two body shots to complete the one-burst kill. It’s hard to do if your weapon kick is strong and burst is a bit unruly. So, the optic and muzzle go hand-in-hand for making it easier to track those key burst rounds. The same goes for the underbarrel to help that control and accuracy. Then, in terms of the magazine, we take an extended mag. Having more ammo is always nicer, especially when you have to burst enemies at a distance, or get multikills at closer range. More ammo in your mag means you’re more likely to get the scorestreaks and not get killed while reloading.
M8A1 Class in BO7¶
In terms of what to create a class around your M8A1, we recommend the following:
- Tactical: Spotter Grenades or Stim Shot
- Lethal: Preference
- Field Upgrade: Assault Pack
- Perk 1: Flak Jacket
- Perk 2: Fast Hands
- Perk 3: Dexterity
The main idea is that you take the Spotter Grenades or stims to make your burst fire much easier to control if you’re playing awkward chokes. Knowing where the enemy is is fairly important. Alternatively, the Stim Shot is fine for keeping your momentum going more generally as you’re less likely to die after being wounded.
Assault Pack is nice for getting ammo, not having to rely on Scavenger and instead taking the other perks. Flak Jacket is good with all the explosions in the game, and Fast Hands’ faster swaps make it easy when you do need to switch to a secondary weapon. Dexterity is also the main movement perk now, so it’s rather handy as a default option.
