Zombies is back for the Black Ops 7 beta and full release. If you’re playing the game, you will encounter some Zombies/DMZ-like mechanics with Exfilling from a round. How to Exfil in Black Ops 7 Zombies¶
To Exfil, you need to survive until at least round 11. When you reach that milestone, you should see a pop-up on screen that says “Exfil available.” This notification activates the phone booth on the map, which serves as your extraction point to begin the exfil sequence.
When an extract begins, you will need to defend the area around the exfil point for a set period of time. Zombies will continue to swarm your position aggressively, but the real challenge comes from a special threat that spawns specifically to prevent your extraction. This enemy must be defeated before you can successfully complete the exfil process.
The most common threat is the zombie bear that spawns during the exfil sequence, which is considerably tougher than standard zombies. This mini-boss requires significant firepower and strategic positioning to take down, so be prepared for an intense fight before you can board your extraction phone booth and escape.
Tips for Successful Exfils¶
Before attempting an exfil, make sure you’re properly prepared for the challenge. Your weapon should be Pack-a-Punched to maximize damage output against the tough enemies you’ll face. Consider purchasing weapon mods from upgrade stations, increasing your weapon’s rarity tier for better stats, and stocking up on Perks to improve survivability.
