Detailed Location(s)
The Sunken City is a dungeon that is accessible via a small boat in the dock area of the Forgotten City of Xel-Ha. Head over to the watery dock area of the city, near the landmark of 
Dagon’s Embrace. From there, you can find a small rowing boat. Interacting with it takes you to the Sunken City.
Resources
The Sunken City is filled with chests that players can loot, alongside a special item called 
Scales of Dagon. These items are used to craft the Ancient Lumerian items you can get as rewards for properly exploring the City themed dungeon. Moreso, you can find chests which contains a variety of useful items, including 
Iron Bars, 
Steel Bars, 
Gold Coins and more. You can also get Golem parts if you’re lucky.
Rewards
There are a variety of knowledge stones scattered around the dungeon. The vast majority of them are protected by fish people, with one skull ratings, or mini bosses, like the 
Half-Child of Dagon, the Watcher Above, 
The Captain Below and more.
Most of the rewards come by exploring the underwater temples, which you can find by the stone buildings sticking out above the water surface level. There is one towards the start of the dungeon in a small room near where you get off the boat and head further inland.
Enemies
There are many normal humanoid enemies you will encounter in here, which are your typical fighters. There are also fishmen hybrids, and fish people in the dungeon. The fish people are typically one star enemies. In some of these underwater temples, there are prisoners. You can free these by opening switches or kiting enemies into them, which will result in them fighting enemies, giving some extra help if you’re fighting fish people.
