The Well of Skelos Dungeons

Detailed Location(s)

The Well of Skelos is a end game dungeon found inside the Volcano. Its exact location is on the border of F/G 14. You will need to jump into the anomalous whirlpool in order to enter the dungeon. Inside you will find the home of the Serpent people, who guard the region. There are also two bosses inside.

Resources

There’s not much in terms of raw resources outside of some huge stone boulders. However, players can get lots of high grade materials from the enemies inside the dungeon. Players can expect to find Gold Coins, Obsidian, Steel Bars and other important building and crafting materials. There’s also plenty of chests and boxes to loot, which will contain a variety of rewards at random.

Rewards

Players who complete the dungeon will get two main knowledge rewards:

Serpent-Men Recipes
Obsidian Recipes

Obsidian Recipes will unlock the ability to use obsidian and forge your own Obsidian tools and weapons, which you can use for Star Metal and other important items. You can learn this from behind the Throne the Degenerate Snake boss sits upon.

Serpent Men Recipes are learned from the top of the well shrine area at the heart of the volcano. Go through the internal stairs and climb up to as far to the top as you can get, and then climb the rest using external stairs, which you can find near where the human guards are. Once you reach the very top floor, you will find the stone slab on the inner circle wall.

Enemies

Inside the dungeon you will encounter a wide range of snake men, featuring archers, fighters, and some other one skull bosses. You can all encounter some Hyborian Fighter III around the Furnace and Forge area, and the occasional Salamander around the rocky lava pool areas. The Degenerate boss also summons snake wraiths, which are much weaker than his regular snake men bodyguards through the dungeon.
